With an individual housing contract, you are only responsible for your bedroom and a portion of the common areas. In the case that one of your roommates leaves our community or fails to make their monthly installment payments, you will not be held responsible for their payment.
At William, monthly installment payments include utilities, including water, sewer, trash & recycling, washer & dryer, and Internet. Your rent will also include convenient access to William’s amenities and our friendly and knowledgeable staff.
William provides applicants with a Roommate Matching Sheet. Fill out the sheet with your preferences and habits. Then, our staff will pair you with a roommate who shares compatible traits.
William has three installment payment options to choose from: one installment, two installments, or twelve installments. For the one-installment option, you will be expected to pay the entire amount due under your housing contract on August 1. If you decide to pay in two installments, you will be expected to provide those installments on August 1 and January 1. Lastly, the twelve-installment option requires you to pay the first installment on August 1, with the remaining eleven installments due on the first of each month.
You can pay your installment via check, money order, or through our online system.
We recommended that residents bring toiletries, cookware, bedding for a full-size bed, and items to decorate their new home!
William hosts a variety of resident events, from our pizza parties to our Taco Tuesdays! Visit these events to eat delicious food and meet the members of our community!
William’s insurance does not cover your personal belongings. It is recommended that residents get renter’s insurance.
Maintenance requests are simple at William! All you need to do is log in to your resident portal and fill out a maintenance request. You can also call or visit the front office. In the case of an emergency, please contact the front office immediately.
All mail will be delivered to your apartment mailbox at William.
If you do not have a guarantor, William offers Leap as a replacement for a guarantor or parent co-signer. Simply complete a free online application form on Leap’s website. The entire process should only take about five minutes to complete. Once submitted, you should receive a conditional decision within 30 minutes during business hours.
